Library hours

  • Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except on early dismissal days, when the library closes at dismissal time.
  • After school, the library is open for librarian-assisted study until 4:00 p.m. After 4:00 p.m., the ASDS proctor continues supervised study until 6:00 p.m. In the absence of the ASDS proctor, the library will close at 4:00 p.m.
  • ASDS (after-school directed study): Tests and quizzes are administered in the library ASDS classroom, Monday through Friday from 3:15-4:00 p.m. After 4:00 p.m. the ASDS proctor will continue supervised study until 6:00 p.m.

Check-out policies

Students, parents, and teachers may check out most of the books and other materials in the Library, subject to the following return and renewal policies:

  • Books: two weeks
  • Reference materials, videos, and other audiovisual material: overnight

Interlibrary loan

Students and faculty may use the OCLC FirstSearch program to locate books and journal articles from 25,000-plus libraries throughout the world. Obtain the authorization and password from the librarian. Loans of these materials may be requested from the librarian, and usually take four to ten days to arrive.
