The thriving community at Episcopal is one of the many aspects that sets our School apart. Episcopal is supported in many ways by its exceptional faculty and staff, strong parent and grandparent groups, and the involved and growing alumni population.
Each of these groups believe in the mission of Episcopal enough to give countless volunteer hours, to stay connected with the School, and to make financial contributions to ensure Episcopal’s success today—and in the future.
Parents make up three powerful leadership groups—the Parents’ Association, Athletic Boosters, and Fine Arts Nurturing Students (FANS). Combine their tireless dedication and the Episcopal Fund Parent Chairs' $187,000 fundraising efforts, and you’ll see that Episcopal has a winning combination. Grandparents provide tremendous amount of familial support to the parents, students, and Episcopal. In recognition of their importance, the School celebrates its grandparents annually during the Grandparents’ Day program.
There is no other group at Episcopal like our vivacious concentration of alumni!”
Faculty at Episcopal are known for going above and beyond with their students—whether it be through afternoon tutoring, coaching a favorite sport, or acting as a mentor when a student needs a friend. Behind the scenes, our staff members give 100% to ensure that the School runs smoothly everyday. In 2008-2009, faculty and staff had a 93% participation level in the Episcopal Fund; such a high participation percentage shows clearly the support they have for our School.
There is no other group at Episcopal like our vivacious concentration of alumni! Ranging from the Charter Class of 1970 to the most recent Class of 2009, Episcopal alumni never cease to amaze us with the connections they make with one another and the post-graduation accomplishments they earn. And while ages and interests may vary, all alumni have one thing in common: they share the same core values celebrated at Episcopal.
