Due to recent changes in the SSS process, families need to send the copy of the 2009 1040 with all filed schedules and attachments including W2’s directly to SSS by NAIS by March 15, not to Episcopal, as previously requested. Forms should be mailed to the address on the next page, including the SSS coversheet and the ID number.
