Many of the images on clip-art sites may be copyrighted. The USER is reonsible for reading and following any posted restrictions. In addition, the USER is responsible for obtaining any needed copyright permissions.
Cool Clips - This site is arranged as a directory of clip art. It is also searchable.
From Pokemon to Picasso: Art Rights and Wrongs - This award-winning site, created by three elementary-school students, teaches kids about images and how they relate to copyright laws, trademarks, & image licensing. The site also explains how to get permission to use an image.
