Episcopal's Bryan Library
The Jacob F. Bryan III Library houses more than 20,000 books and audio-visual items as well as a variety of AV equipment and computers. EHSNet, the School's computer network, offers a wide variety of resources, from Microsoft Office to full Internet access. For example, students can search through Florida's university system card catalogs (LUIS). They also have access to numerous on-line magazines & journal indexes and to public & university library catalogs worldwide via FirstSearch. Students may also use our interlibrary loan program to borrow books and articles from public and university libraries across the United States. These and other resources not only provide our students access to a wide variety of resources, but also teach them research skills using information technology tools they will experience in college and beyond. With so many on-site items, access to other libraries throughout the United States, a library/lab computer network, and both T-1 and cable modem Internet access, EHS students can ride the wave of the new information technology.
