Colleges for Lacrosse Players to Consider

Dear juniors and seniors,

As you start to look at colleges, I've put together some schools (see link below) that I am familiar with, and I felt that you may find this useful while you hit the college circuit. It may help you find a school that offers what you want academically as well as athletically. Sorry so many are up North, but that is where college lacrosse is. I have added a few Southern schools also. Many of these schools have recruiting questionnaires on their website, so check them out for more information.

Not all of you will need this, but it is just some ideas if you are interested in playing lacrosse in college. Don't forget, if you really want to play lacrosse in college, there is a school for you. Don't put all of your eggs in one basket. Be realistic and remember that many of the Top 20 Division-III schools are being looked at by kids from Long Island, Connecticut and Maryland. We live in Florida, so we will need to improve in order to keep up with the kids from the hotbeds. If interested in any of the schools listed, do a web search of the school and take a look at it. Then talk to myself and your college counselor on how to proceed. Have Fun!

Enjoy, and good luck in your search. Keep me posted and let me make a phone call for you when you are ready for a visit.
