Delaney Rickey

Delaney Rickey ’13 is the player every coach would like to have on their team. She is dedicated, talented and extremely coachable. While only a seventh grader, Delaney leads the varsity team in stolen bases, and has earned the starting catcher role. She has a true heart for softball and it shows when she is on the field. Delaney continues to enhance her performance by playing travel ball, and is learning to master batting as a lefty. Coach Jester says of Delaney, “I am looking forward to seeing her grow because she will be a force to reckon with on the base paths and behind the plate.”
