Leadership
President- Charlene "Charlie" Clayton
Ensures the Booster club is run effectively, represents the organization to the administration and other stakeholders. Usually is a chairperson for one of the committees.
President-elect- John Ferry
Assists the president in his/her duties. Usually is a chairperson for one of the committees.
Recording secretary- Maureen Diederich
Takes minutes at the executive board (2), annual meeting (1), season team parent meetings (3) and the April funding proposal meeting (1).
Communication committee
Communications & web coordinator - Sara Strom *
Ensures content on the website is current and promotes ways to educate and inform the School community about sports at Episcopal. Coordinates the delivery of Booster communications to include the annual report.
Team liaison - John Ferry
Ensures team parents are appointed and serves as the primary conduit/support between the athletic department (to include coaches) and the team parents. Oversees each of the season specific Booster meetings and ensures Team parents receive the information/training required to perform their duties. Maintains the updated list of all team parents and their contact information.
Public relations – Position open
Provides content for delivery of consistent Booster message and help in the overall education of the School community about the role and value of Boosters.
Recognition committee
Recognition programs – Charlie Clayton *
Establishes and plans recognition programs for athletes, coaches and Booster members.
Events - Jan Maisch & Maureen Diederich
Oversees all aspects of the Fall member recognition party and the senior banquet.
Revenue committee
Club financials – Keesy Goebertus *
Ensures proper accounting of funds via the business office to include maintaining the books and ensuring proper accounting and posting of bills. Prepares reports and makes funding recommendations.
Membership- Jackie Castranova
Manages the membership program and coordinates with the athletic office to ensure accurate reporting. Organize and manage annual membership drive and ongoing membership requirements.
Concessions coordinator - Mary Liston
Ensures that all concession stands are stocked and coordinates with team parents as required. Oversees/supports the Semmes Gym paid staff.
Photography coordinator – Sue Goebertus
Coordinates the photography effort to ensure pictures are taken and billed. Coordinate with team parents as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Photographer - Eric Rousseau
Works directly with the photography coordinator to take the team and individual pictures.

Each committee will have one member designated as chairperson who is responsible for meeting coordination, ensuring the committee is “on task” and reporting on behalf of the committee as appropriate.
